Terms and Conditions

Flow Realty is a mandate service provider which facilitates service of a lead, sales discussion and transactions on behalf of the developer for the said project. All commercial understandings are between the Developer & Channel Partner only. The channel partner understands that, for any given sale, the Developer is solely responsible for any payments as per terms and conditions of the contract entered into. Flow Realty shall only facilitate and coordinate on any such contracts as well as payments between the developer & Channel Partner.

The Channel partner agrees to follow all required lead/site visit/booking registration processes as required to ensure all necessary lead credit

If there are any source conflicts, the final decision will be as per the discretion of Flow Realty, as per our internal Channel Partner Policy.

Channel Partner is to enter an MOU with the developer, register the lead and put his company's signature & seal on the Booking Form at the time of booking. If relevant documentation is absent, Flow Realty may not be able to justify the due credit to the Channel Partner for the deal.

The Channel Partner understands that Flow Realty or its directors are just a facilitator and shall not be liable for any loss of profits, business, contracts, goodwill, revenue, any loss or expense in respect of marketing of a Flow Realty's mandate project or while dealing with a developer who has appointed Flow Realty as a consultant.
