Stressed project turnaround 90% inventory sold in 18 months Project received OC

Launched in 2015, Advaitha Aksha, located in prime Koramangala, faced significant challenges with only 15% inventory sold, slow construction movement, and significant loan outstanding. However, with the expertise of Flow, within a year, they achieved 80+ bookings, and sales worth 150 crores and were able to successfully deliver the project.

UKn the Belvedere, a structure-ready project in North Bangalore, faced sales challenges in a competitive micro-market. Flow's strategic relaunch, with support from the developer, led to a significant increase in site visits and the successful turn-around of the project cashflows. Within a year, 100+ units were sold, getting construction back on track.

Sterling Villa Grande, the group’s flagship project in Whitefield, faced challenges from the NBFC slowdown and the Real Estate downturn of 2018-20. With Flow's strategic approach, the launch of Phase 2 saw impressive results, with over 250 cr of inventory being sold out in a year, with minimal marketing burn.

Svamitva Emerald Square, a RTMI project, faced challenges in selling 100 unsold units, amounting to 50 cr of unrealized profits from the project. Flow's differentiated marketing campaign for #NOCA homes resulted in a significant increase in site visits and within 12 months, 90% of the remaining inventory was liquidated successfully.

A 9-acre affordable township off Hosur Road faced challenges with 800 unsold units and un-launched phases. Along with the developers, Flow's revamped site experience & confidence-building communication plan resulted in increased site visits & moved the sales velocity from 5 to an average of 25 units per month. In a year, over 300 units were sold, and we keep launching new towers every quarter. The relationship with the client has enhanced to us taking over all 3 projects in their portfolio.

Flow's repositioning as a premium offering, collaboration with IKEA for a furnishing package, & introduction of a branded rooftop club, led to high demand in the market. With 150 bookings in 8 months, the project is almost sold out. Also, due to the big supply-demand gap strategy, we delivered a price 20% better than what was projected.
